
When having trouble sleeping, the first thing one must figure out is how to get comfortable enough. Sometimes it is just a matter of setting the mood for sleep. Perhaps a warm shower will do the trick.
Sometimes a calming aromatherapy of lavender oil can relax your senses to induce sleep. It will also help if the bedding is smooth and comfortable. Wearing a satin camisole which is soft to the skin can also make you get ready for dreamland.
